This, if you like, is the angle we come at human relationships from. We are endlessly fascinated in how people communicate, and how this communication can be developed for more cohesive companies and organisations. If we were being bold, we might say we’re aiming for better relationships, to then make a better world.

highlight strengths and weaknesses in systems that support inter-personal and inter-team dialogue
highlight strengths and weaknesses in internal, inter-personal, communication skills
identify capacity and skills for increasing and improving inter-personal and inter-team dialogue
implement skills and systems development for improved dialogue
coach individuals on a one-to-one basis
Two of of our key philosophies, are that power and responsibility start with the individual, and all relationships are co-created. We focus on how power and responsibility, and the co-created relationship, contributes towards the wider functioning of the team. In line with this we examine systems that underpin these factors.
